Revant Himatsingka (Food Pharmer) brought the stage alive as he interacted with students on making mindful food choices from understanding nutritional labels, practicing moderation with junk food, to introducing the TruthIn app that decodes food labels in seconds. His message was clear: small, conscious decisions today can lead to healthier tomorrows. Pawan Agarwal CEO of Food Future Foundation and former CEO of FSSAI, delivered a keynote on the larger ambition- nurturing an India where every citizen chooses to eat better and live better. His words reminded us that transformation begins with awareness, but sustains through action. The event also marked the launch of Eat Well. Live Well., a habit-building book for schools — weaving together 21 powerful habits that equip children to make lifelong healthy choices around food, lifestyle, and sustainability. The true highlight, however, were the students of Lotus Valley International School Gurgaon. With their enthusiasm and creativity, they brought the message alive through engaging skits, interactive boards, and even innovative healthier alternatives to junk food. Their ideas and energy reminded us why the future of food belongs in the hands of our young changemakers. From sparking curiosity about food labels to building a structured path towards mindful eating, Arogyata was more than just an event — it was the beginning of a movement.
