Who We Are
Born out of the UN Food Systems Summit 2021, the Coalition for Food Systems Transforma(c)tion in India (CoFTI) is a multistakeholder platform working to reshape India’s food systems.
We envision a future where everyone has access to safe, nutritious, and sustainable food. CoFTI addresses hunger, malnutrition, biodiversity loss, and climate risks—while strengthening rural livelihoods, local economies, and rural & urban food systems.
By connecting government, civil society, research, business, and communities, CoFTI enables collective solutions that are locally grounded and globally aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals.
