By equipping them with knowledge of nutrition, sustainability, and equity, the Lab aims to foster a cadre of leaders who can influence policy, mobilize communities, and innovate solutions that address climate, health, and livelihood challenges.
Through mentorship, peer learning, and networks, AL 7 creates platforms for youth voices to be heard and amplified. It positions them not just as beneficiaries of food systems reform but as active leaders shaping India’s food future.
